It appears this permit is being submitted in response to a violation issued by our inspector <br /> on 2/21/24 for work done on 7/ 14/23 without a permit or notification to our department . <br /> As such , a full permit will need to be submitted and a " Failure to Obtain a Permit" penalty ( which is an additional 100% <br /> of the full retrofit/ repair permit fee ) will apply . The total fee for this permit is $ 972 . The amount submitted with the <br /> application was $ 162 .
