" SOLID WASTE FACELITY PERAM Facili .y/Permit Number: <br /> 39-AA-0005 <br /> 17 . LEA Conditions: <br /> 1. Environmental measurements of water quality and leachate shall be reported to the LEA on an <br /> annual basis. <br /> 2. Submit tonnage records of wastes received on monthly basis to the LEA. <br /> 3. Quantities and types of materials recycled and/or salvaged shall be reported to the LEA on <br /> an annual basis. <br /> 4. A log of special occurrences, i.e. fires, explosions, accidents hazardous wastes shall be <br /> maintained and reported to the LEA on an annual basis no later than December 31 of each year. <br /> 5. Any other information concerning the landfill must be provided to the LEA upon request. <br /> * 5e. Permitted area (in acres) - total - 57.71 <br /> All of the above acres are not currently owned by San Joaquin County. 10.71 acres are to be <br /> purchased in the near future. 4.21 acres are owned by the County of San Joaquin but are not <br /> contiguous to the existing landfill. When the 10.71 acres are purchased then the 4.21 acres <br /> County owned parcel will be contiguous and, it will be included in this permit. The 14.92 acres <br /> are not proposed for landfilling but will be used for the closure activities of the landfill. See <br /> Appendix A for parcel descriptions. If San Joaquin County purchases these parcels, then the <br /> permit should be modified by January of 1995. <br />
