All other aspects of the disposal site shall be kept in a state of <br />reasonable repair. <br />17100 Murphy Parkway, Lathrop, CA. Owner - PW Fund B Development, LLC: <br />1. Vegetation is high along the northwest corner of the property line. Maintain vegetation at a minimum to reduce <br />fire risk and to allow inspection of cover. <br />17200 Murphy Parkway, Lathrop, CA. Owner - San Joaquin Cogen, LLC et al.: <br />1. Illegally dumped garbage, a dismantled semi, a semi-trailer, and significant numbers of tires remain onsite. <br />The tires are stored on dry grass (150+), inside the front gate to the former power plant (16), and stored inside a <br />semi-trailer (80+) parked at the entrance to the property on Murphy Parkway. There were approximately 250 <br />tires onsite at the time of the inspection. The tires pose a significant fire and vector risk. Immediately, take steps <br />to remove the garbage and tires in order to deny food and harborage to vectors and to reduce the fire risk. <br />2. Vegetation is high across the property. Maintain vegetation at a minimum to reduce fire risk and to allow <br />inspection of cover. <br />3. A vault adjacent to the northwest entrance to the former Cogen site remains open. Wind has uncovered the stockpiles from Waste Unit One cleanup activity.
