The most recent financial <br /> responsibility documents in CERS are dated 12/22/2023. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Current financial responsibility documents are required to be submitted annually. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, and upload the required documents. <br /> This is(Minor)Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Conducted a routine paperwork inspection and a partial sump visual inspection. 87, 91, and Diesel STP sumps <br /> and the 1-2 UDC sump was unable to be opened at the time of inspection. All other UDCs, spill containers, <br /> monitoring panel, and alarm history printouts were able to be viewed at the time of inspection. <br /> The monitoring system certification was completed on 10/22/2024 and was not attended by an inspector. Please <br /> schedule and appointment for a visual inspection by an inspector and provide 48 hours notification to the EHD at <br /> <ust@sjgov.org>.
