5 <br />:208 <br />OBSERVATION: <br />Missing alarms include: L187 STP sump setup/data warning on 2/27/2022. <br />1. The date was 2/27/2023 not 2/27/2022 as stated on the inspector's report. <br />2. A warning is not an alarm. Page 2 section 8 of the DO report states "Has each ALARM from the <br />previous inspection been responded to appropriately?" <br />3. On 2/27/2023 L1 had a fuel alarm AND a setup data warning at the exact same time 9:27 AM. <br />Jeff was on site the same day for repair. I wrote "Jeff" on the alarm log AND I attached a copy of <br />Jeff's workorder to my report. See both attached along with page 2 of DO report. <br />
