208 <br />OBSERVATION: <br />"Missing alarms include the L9 UDC setup/data warning on 04/17/2023" <br />A warning in not an alarm. It is a warning. Page 2 section 8 of the DO report states "Has each ALARM <br />from the previous inspection been responded to appropriately?" <br />The L9 alarm was for dispenser % UDC. On page 3 section 9 of the DO report it asks "Is the UDC free of <br />damage, water, debris, and hazardous substances and all sensors located to detect a release at the <br />earliest opportunity?" <br />I checked "YES" on my report. And I acknowledged the warning on the alarm history & circled the <br />warning. <br />See attached alarm history & page 3 of the DO report <br />
