S . Fish and <br /> Wildlife Service ( Service) that may occur within the boundary of your proposed project and/or <br /> may be affected by your proposed project. The species list fulfills the requirements of the Service <br /> under section 7(c) of the Endangered Species Act (Act) of 1973, as amended ( 16 U. S .
