The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not <br /> been addressed for Sunwest Chevron as of January 09, 2024. <br /> Open violations from November 09, 2023 inspection <br /> Violation#318-Failed to meet spill container requirements. <br /> OBSERVATION:Annual spill container testing was previously performed on October 2023 and was completed on <br /> November 2023, one months past due. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: This test is required upon completion of installation and every 12 months thereafter. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Take all necessary precautions to ensure testing is performed in a timely manner. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Open violations from October 17, 2023 inspection <br /> Violation#105-Failure to submit a complete and accurate UST Response Plan. <br /> OBSERVATION: The response plan is not current.The person listed as having responsibility is outdated. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The response plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> (CERS). <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into CERS, upload the completed form, and submit for review by the EHD. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#106-Failure to submit and maintain a current facility plot plan/site map. <br /> OBSERVATION:An accurate UST Monitoring Site Plan was not submitted. The site map incorrectly indicates that <br /> the split tank contains diesel in one compartment. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A site plan must be submitted identifying the locations where monitoring will be <br /> performed. The site plan must show the general layout of tanks and clearly identify locations of the following <br /> equipment, if installed: 1)monitoring panels; 2)in-tank liquid level probes(if used for leak detection); 3)devices <br /> monitoring tank annular spaces or vault; 4)devices monitoring product piping; 5)devices monitoring fill piping; 6) <br /> devices monitoring vent piping; 7)devices monitoring vapor recovery piping; 8)devices monitoring vent/transition <br /> sumps; 9)devices monitoring under-dispenser containment; 10)line leak detectors; and 11)devices monitoring any <br /> other secondary containment areas. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/and upload a copy of the UST Monitoring Site Plan. <br /> Page 1 of 6 <br />
