HE HAS VISITED MULTIPLE <br /> TIMES AND STATES HE HAS SEEN ONE IN AS RECENT AS YESTERDAY,4/7. PLEASE CALL COMPLAINANT WITH <br /> FINDINGS. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Evidence of rodent activity observed on the food storage isle. Some rat droppings were observed as well <br /> as a bag of english muffins and rice had a hole.A piece of english muffin was missing where a rat had eaten. Remove these <br /> items and clean and sanitize the area. Corrected during inspection. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Each food facility shall be kept free of vermin:rodents(rats,mice), cockroaches,flies.(114259.1, 114259.4, <br /> 114259.5) <br /> #42 Disposal of Garbage and Refuse <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The trash storage enclosure is filled with trash , but the trash dumpster is being stored outside the <br /> enclosure with the lid open. Clean the trash in the enclosure area and store the trash dumpster inside the enclosure with the <br /> lids closed. Correct by 2 days. <br /> CAL CODE DESCRIPTION:All food waste and rubbish shall be kept in leakproof and rodent proof containers. Containers shall be <br /> covered at all times. All waste must be removed and disposed of as frequently as necessary to prevent a nuisance. The exterior <br /> premises of each food facility shall be kept clean and free of litter and rubbish. The manager said they service the facility 2-3 times per week.
