Work Plan – Mitigation of Trash and Debris from Private Property Site <br />Private Property – 19133 East Liberty Road, Clements, California August 31, 2022 <br />Project No. 21-899 <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br /> <br />3.5 STORM WATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN <br /> <br />A storm water plan to manage surface water that may be affected during these <br />construction activities has been generated for this project. Appendix C presents the <br />Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan to be administered as part of the activities for the <br />proposed work. <br /> <br /> <br />3.6 SITE SECURITY <br /> <br />The exclusion zone will be delineated with barricade tape, barricades, cones or other <br />identifiable means and the Site will have restricted access in the work area. Unauthorized <br />personnel will not be allowed access to the work area. <br /> <br /> <br />4.0 STAGING <br /> <br />This Work Plan proposes to haul trash and debris with 15- to 18-cubic-yard end dump <br />trucks to the EHD approved facility. Based on the estimate of 4,000 to 7,000 cubic yards <br />for removal, approximately 200 to 350 truckloads of trash and debris will be removed <br />from the Site. Remedial activities are planned to be performed from 7 AM to 5 PM <br />throughout the project. The trucks are planned to cycle into the site to minimize <br />congestion with other activities. Traffic control will be provided as needed. <br /> <br /> <br />5.0 RECORD KEEPING <br /> <br />Site personnel will maintain records of all field activities including personnel, time and <br />dates of activities, number of loads transported off site, types of activities performed and <br />site conditions throughout the project. A daily tailgate meeting will be held and <br />documented with the meeting time, personnel present and subjects recorded in the <br />logbook. Field logs of the site excavations and other activities will also be recorded on a <br />daily basis. These records will be entered into a hardbound dedicated field logbook or <br />similar. A photolog will also be maintained of the project activities. All loads to be <br />transported from the site will be accompanied by appropriate shipping documents to the <br />disposal facility. <br />
