Previous EHD reports state that two large <br /> silage pits are filled with solid waste and covered with soil. I observed a flat field of soil <br /> with some plastic and small concrete pieces. Metal and plastic waste was observed <br /> dumped on the northwest corner of the parcel. Partially buried treated wood waste <br /> and one tire was observed in the far northwest corner of the parcel. Dispose of wastes <br /> at a permitted facility which can accept the specific wastes and provide disposal <br /> receipts to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. <br /> 19051 S McKinley Ave, Manteca, CA - Varinder Singh group, representative Komal <br /> Atwal: Continuation of violation. The following was observed on-site: fresh loads of soil <br /> in the low spots of the parcel, trash and debris throughout the property, tires, three full <br /> 55-gallon drums labeled "HYD 32", three full 55-gallon drums of unknown waste, two <br /> waste vehicles, multiple camper shells, three containers full of solid wastes, one 5- <br /> gallon container of oily liquid, one compressed gas cylinder of unknown waste, <br /> electronic waste, concrete waste and wood waste. Dispose of wastes at a permitted <br /> facility which can accept the specific wastes and provide disposal receipts to the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. <br /> No Areas of Concern <br /> Inspection Report Comments <br /> Conducted first quarter inspection of the sites. A person who secures the 19051 S McKinley <br /> Ave property was on-site during the inspection. <br /> 19043 S McKinley Ave, Manteca, CA - Glenn Charles Investments LLC, representative Erick <br /> Smith: <br /> A Compliance Agreement with San Joaquin County dated Aug 11, 2022 requires the property <br /> owner to conduct a Phase I and II assessment. A phase II assessment was completed <br /> December 2, 2022. The next step is a Clean Closure Plan with a Excavation and Materials <br /> Management Plan. Provide these documents to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> 19051 S McKinley Ave, Manteca, CA - Varinder Singh group, representative Komal Atwal: <br /> Stop receiving and dumping soil and concrete until a grading permit is obtained from the San <br /> Joaquin County Community Development Department.
