No exposed waste was observed on the property. <br />4. No evidence of illegal dumping was observed on the property. <br />5. Vegetation on the property was at a minimum. <br />6. If owners or potential buyers are contemplating any Post Closure Land Uses (PCLUs) for <br />the site, please be advised that there are additional requirement pertaining thereto. Pursuant <br />to the PCLU provisions of T27CCR, section 21190, the PCLU Plan shall be submitted to the <br />LEA, the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB), local air district, and local land use <br />agency for review and approval prior to commencing any construction or pre -construction <br />activities for such PCLU. <br />7.
