The device shall be tested by a licensed tester prior to <br /> final inspection and every year thereafter at the property owner's expense. A copy of the <br /> test results shall be submitted to Public Works Utility Maintenance Division (Utility <br /> Maintenance). Please contact Utility Maintenance at (209) 468-3090 for details. <br /> e. The cost of all water-related infrastructure, including but not limited to extension, <br /> connection, placement, water meters, pressure booster or the back flow prevention <br /> device for new facilities shall be borne by the applicant. <br /> f. Notify Utility Maintenance at (209) 468-3090 prior to any connection to existing water <br /> conveyance system and for inspection prior to backfilling any trenches/connections. Any <br /> water service installation work shall not interrupt existing water conveyance system. <br /> g. Obtain a Plumbing Permit from the County Community Development Department <br /> Building Division. <br /> h. Fill out and return to Public Works the enclosed water service application. <br /> 3. The proposed development shall be served by a public storm drain system conforming to the <br /> requirements of Public Works. (Development Title Section 9-1135) <br /> 4. All improvements and related work shall be in conformance with the current County <br /> Improvement Standards and Specifications and County Development Title. <br /> 5. Applicant shall be responsible to pay the on-going water and storm drain service charge, <br /> including partial year advance deposits for periods of occupancy prior to placement on the <br /> property tax roils after completion of the annexation. <br /> This will-serve shall expire 12 months from the date of this letter.
