The project will include the construction of an 800-square-foot office building <br /> and a 1,404-square-foot utility building within a 10-acre footprint on a 218.19-acre parcel. The project will utilize an on-site well for water, an <br /> on-site septic system for sewage disposal, and natural storm drainage. The project site has direct access off of E. Dodds <br /> Road.
