Ensure all drivers are wearing proper PPEs when they are outside of their vehicles. <br />Inspection Report Comments <br />Notes: <br />1. On October 10, 2024, operator notified the LEA of radiation detected in a load received <br />from a transfer station located at 8642 Elder Creek Rd, Sacramento. The load was isolated <br />near the scalehouse. The radiation detector detected two additional loads on the morning of <br />October 18, 2024. These loads were also isolated. <br />2. Tarp and soil used for cover. <br />3. The first truck to arrive to the active face was at 5:11 am. <br />4. Adequate lighting observed. <br />5. Litter was not observed on neighboring properties. Staff observed picking up litter on site <br />and off site. <br />6. Odor and track out were light. Vectors were not observed. <br />7. Falcon used for bird control. <br />8. The weather during the inspection was 54°F with a wind speed of 16 mph. <br />9. Records were reviewed. <br />10. The wet weather preparedness report/ winter operations plan was received on October <br />15, 2024. <br />11. Gas well GP -4A was measured for methane.
