At 8:00 am, I <br />returned to the area and the bags of asbestos remained uncovered. <br />A.) Cover shall be applied to the asbestos containing waste at a frequency that <br />minimizes releases to the environment and threats to human health, but at a minimum <br />of once every operational hour. <br />B.)
