Repair erosion channels to prevent further exposure of waste. <br />Areas of Concern <br />27 CC R 20700 -intermediate Cover <br />A large amount of exposed glass observed northwest of the asbestos area. <br />A.) Pursuant to Title CCR 20700(a): Compacted earthen material at least twelve (12) <br />inches shall be placed on all surfaces of the fill where no additional solid waste will be <br />deposited within 180 days to control vectors, fires, odors, blowing litter, and <br />scavenging. <br />B.) Operator shall cover exposed glass with twelve inches of clean soil. <br />Inspection Report Comments <br />Notes: <br />1. FU -19 was used for disposal. Approximately six staff members (five operations staff and <br />one flagger) were on duty when the site opened for disposal; staff wore appropriate PPEs. <br />2. The water truck was not observed until 6:25 am. Dust control measures should be <br />implemented at all times when operating. <br />3. Tarp, overs and soil are used for the daily cover. <br />4. The first truck on site was at 4:38 am. <br />5. Thee was adequate lighting. <br />6. Track out and odors were light. <br />7. The facility is in the process of constructing FU -24. <br />8. Gas well GP -4A was measured for methane. Methane was not detected at the well. <br />9.
