Repair erosion channels to prevent further exposure of waste. <br />No Areas of Concern <br />Inspection Report Comments <br />Notes: <br />1. The area of concern for the Intermediate Cover has been corrected. The area containing <br />medical waste and the area with exposed glass were covered with clean soil. <br />2. FU -19 is being used for disposal. Tarp, overs and soil used for cover. <br />3. No new signage observed for the new operating hours. <br />4. Ag/ cannery waste is not being accepted by the facility, at this time. <br />5. Litter was not observed on neighboring properties. <br />6. Odor was light and vectors were not observed. <br />7. A new Trapomatic and tarps were purchased. <br />8. The traffic at the landfill was slow. Vehicles were covered. <br />9. Gas wells were not measured during this inspection due to the gas meter being serviced. <br />10. PPEs were worn by staff. <br />11. Records were reviewed. <br />12.
