Operator shall cover the exposed glass with twelve inches of clean soil. <br />Inspection Report Comments <br />Notes: <br />1. The violation for Drainage and Erosion Control has been corrected. The erosion channel <br />was repaired. <br />2. FU -19 is being used for disposal. Tarp and soil used for cover. <br />3. The new operating hours for the landfill will be from 5 am to 5 pm, per operator. <br />4. Ag/ cannery waste is not being accepted by the facility, at this time. <br />5. Litter was not observed on neighboring properties. Staff observed picking up litter on site. <br />6. Odor was light and vectors were not observed. <br />7. A moderate amount of birds were observed near the tipper. Ensure bird control measures <br />are in place. <br />8. Daylighting observed near the active face. Per operator, they are working on it. <br />9. Records were reviewed. <br />10. The wet weather preparedness report/ winter operations plan is due by November 1, <br />2024. <br />11. Gas wells GP -1A and GP -2A were measured for methane.
