Compostable Materials Handling Operation and Facility Inspection <br /> Report (93) <br /> Forward Resource Recovery Facility (39-AA-0020) <br /> Notes: <br /> 1. Facility records indicate the windrows are turned 2 to 3 times a week. <br /> 2. Operator submitted a lab analysis report for the month of December to the EHD. <br /> 3. Track out onto Austin Road was light. <br /> 4. Odors were light and flies were not observed. <br /> 5. Records were reviewed from December 21, 2021 to January 26, 2022. <br /> 6. The following temperatures were measured during the inspection. Incoming green waste <br /> was 132F. Ground green waste was 138F. Windrows ranged from 152F to 164F. Finished <br /> compost measured 142F and the finished product was 140F. Temperature for the biomulch <br /> ranged from 150F to 160F.
