Compostable Materials Handling Operation and Facility Inspection <br /> Report ( 93 ) <br /> Forward Resource Recovery Facility ( 39-AA-0020 ) <br /> 12/ 13/2022 <br /> 3 . The following temperatures were measured during the inspection : <br /> - Incoming green waste was 68 ° F . <br /> - Ground green waste was 130 ° F . <br /> - Windrows ranged from 152 ° F . <br /> - Finished compost measured ranged from 92 OF to 155 ° F . <br /> - Finished product was 92 ° F . <br /> - Biomulch was 152 ° F . <br /> - Overs were 120 ° F . <br /> 4 . The temperatures for the finished compost , finished product , biomulch and overs were not <br /> measured due to weather conditions . <br /> 5 . The temperature during the inspection was 43 ° F with a wind speed of 5 mph . <br /> 6 . Minimal amount of litter observed on neighboring property . Staff observed picking up litter <br /> on Austin Rd . <br /> 7 .
