The solar arrays are bolted to the support structures and are not <br /> easily removed. <br /> Site security will be maintained through a combination of fencing, locked gates, and warning <br /> signs. The arrays will not be open to public access. <br /> Security of the solar array installations will be the responsibility of SEI.
