Bravo Float and chain assembly has not been uninstalled and is not in use, inhibiting ability of 001 sensor to <br />detect a leak at the earliest possible opportunity. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Monitoring equipment shall be maintained to be able to detect a leak at the earliest <br />possible opportunity. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately contact a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor to ensure that any <br />releases in the piping in the UDCs will be detected at the earliest opportunity. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator at the time of inspection.
