The following is an itemized list of CP22 - UST FULL violations that have not been <br />addressed for TIWANA GAS & FOOD as of December 20, 2024. <br />Open violations from June 11, 2024 inspection <br />Violation #2 -2010010 -Complete and accurate UST Operating Permit Application has been submitted.. <br />OBSERVATION: The UST Facility Operating Permit Application is lacking the California Department of Tax and Fee <br />Administration (CDTFA) Underground Storage Tank Account Number. The CDTFA number in CERS 044045933 has <br />been closed since 9/30/2020. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The application for a permit to operate an underground storage tank shall include the <br />CDTFA registration number issued to the owner of the tank, in accordance with HSC 25286. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS), update the <br />required information, and submit for review by the EHD. <br />❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br />❑ Supporting documents included <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
