The CDTFA number in CERS 044045933 has <br />been closed since 9/30/2020. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The application for a permit to operate an underground storage tank shall include the <br />CDTFA registration number issued to the owner of the tank, in accordance with HSC 25286. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS), update the <br />required information, and submit for review by the EHD. <br />This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br />12 <br />CA Code of Regulations 2637(e), 2637(f) 2010009 - Secondary containment test results submitted to the CUPA within <br />30 days after the test.. <br />OBSERVATION: Secondary containment testing was performed on 7/10/2023 and a test report was submitted on <br />8/24/2023, 14 days late. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A copy of the test report must be submitted within 30 days of the tests. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Take all necessary precautions to ensure testing and submittal of test reports are performed <br />in a timely manner. <br />This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br />50 <br />CA Code of Regulations 2635, 2637.1, 2665, 2712 2060020 - Spill buckets meet requirements, have been tested as <br />required, and records kept for 36 mths (TCR 9a). <br />OBSERVATION: The diesel spill container failed when tested. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five gallons and be capable of <br />containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: This was corrected on site.
