COMPLAINANT ALSO STATES THAT EMPLOYEES ARE ALLEGEDLY CONDUCTING <br /> INAPPROPRIATE CONDUCT IN THE BACK OF THE FACILITY AND ARE NOT WASHING THEIR HANDS AFTER USING <br /> THE RESTROOM. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br /> Arrived at facility. Discussed complaint with operator and was given consent to inspect premises. Did not observe the facility <br /> preparing meat of various different kinds on the same prep station without sterilizing the area in between. Employees were <br /> cutting one type of beef product on the prep table. Did not observe meat being left out for long period of time as alleged. <br /> Discussed with operator that meat cannot be left out too long as it must be maintained at 41 F or below. Did not observe any <br /> employees conducting inappropriate conduct in the back of the facility. Per operator, employees do not engage in such <br /> conduct and wash their hands after using the restroom.
