CAGASOLINE AGS 2115 W. Yosemite Ave Manteca Ca
Received
Violation 301/315/327 4/23/2024
The Fluid in the vent sump was found to be murky
Corrective Action:
Drained reservoir of Dirty Brine and added new Western Fiberglass Brine as required. No
signs of leaks were observed in the transition sump. Tested continuity all ok.
Violation 304
Large amount of oily liquid was observed in UDC 5/6 and 11/12
Corrective action:
Removed liquid and tested with water finding paste to determine if this was fuel or product.
Liquid was found to be water. Cleaned all liquid and inspected udc's for any signs of leaks.
None found. Checked all UDC's while on site for any signs of leaks or water intrusion. Found
none.
Violation 305
Approximately two cups of brine was found in the 91 STP sump indicating a leak in the
secondary containment.
Corrective Action:
Cleaned all liquid from 91 STP sump and inspected all penetration fittings. No leaks were
present at this time. Techs determined the brine was not from the reservoir due to location of
brine in the sump. Techs cleaned all sump walls with simple green and acetone to remove
any stains on sump walls. Sump is being monitored to see if leaks start again from any
penetration fittings. We will be able to see the leak by the runoff of brine down the sump walls.
We are going to return on 4/25 and check the 91 STP sump. If liquid is found at this time we
will determine where the leak is coming from. If leak is not visible we will need to drain brine
and test sump to find the leak. After testing we will determine scope of work and pull permits
to make corrections at that time. We will update the site owner and EHD of the findings at that
time. Checked all other fill and STP sumps at this time and no signs of liquid was observed in
any of the other sumps at this location
