This Issue was observed in the 17/18, 19120, 21/22, and 23/24 dispensers. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The underground storage tank system shall be operated to prevent unauthorized <br />releases. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately provide approved secondary containment for the filters under permit and <br />inspection by the EHD. <br />This is a Class II violation, <br />304CCR <br />2631(a); HSC 25290.1(c) Failure to construct, operate, and maintain primary containment as product -tight. <br />OBSERVATION: Liquid and buildup on piping visible on West -most piping In 314 dispenser UDC, Indicating a leak in <br />the primary containment. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: All primary containment for the UST system must be product tight. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately have a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor repair or replace the <br />failed component(s), under permit and Inspection of the EHD If necessary. <br />This Is a repeal violation, Class If. <br />318 <br />CCR 2635, 2637.11 2665, 2712 Failed to meet spill container requirements. <br />OBSERVATION: The 87A, 87B, and 91 spill container failed when tested. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: All sptlI containers shall have a minimum capacity of rive gallons and be capable of <br />containing a spill or overfill until It Is detected or cleaned up. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Technician replaced gaskets for each tank spill container, tested and passed.
