Date: 07/7/2025 <br /> Manufacturer training: ICC Service Tech, 07/07/25; FF, 03/12/26 <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> NOTES <br /> -Verified corrosion protection on the diesel direct bury spill bucket prior to backfilling. <br /> -Verified diesel overfill prevention method.Witnessed measurement of drop tubes for 95% tank volume shut off and flapper <br /> functionality.All components passed. <br /> -Verified that all pertinent tank charts and calculations were available for review at the time of inspection. <br /> -Verification of ball float removal.When I arrived on site,three ball floats were resting on the ground near the tanks. Tech Leo <br /> Rangel confirmed he had just removed them from the three tanks on site. <br /> This facility is not approved to receive fuel in the diesel tank. The facility still needs additional testing/inspections. Please refer to <br /> permit approval letter for SR2400400 for the required inspections. <br /> Provide a 48 hour notice for all scheduled testing/inspections by emailing ust@sjgov.org.
