Contact the local fire district, the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District, and the local <br /> community development department for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for written approval <br /> prior to commencing work. All new submittals supersede previous ones. <br /> 3. Email notification to ust(a').slgov.orq to arrange the following inspection appointments. All <br /> appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. <br /> a. Leak detector test, after first fuel delivery: Verify the device can detect a leak of 3 gallons <br /> per hour at 10 psi. Verify line volumes are appropriate for the make and model of the <br /> installed leak detectors. (Testing was completed during the routine monitoring <br /> system certification on 7/19/2023) <br /> 4. Any individual installing underground storage systems or components must possess, or work <br /> under the direct and personal supervision of an individual physically present at the work site at <br /> all times while work is being performed who possesses, all of the following: <br /> • One of several permissible valid, current contractor licenses issued by the Contractors <br /> State License Board (CSLB) <br /> • A current UST Installation/Retrofitting certificate issued by the International Code Council <br /> (ICC) <br /> • A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the component(s) being <br /> installed <br /> 5. Any individual performing the work of a service technician must possess, or work under the direct <br /> and personal supervision of an individual physically present at the work site at all times while <br /> work is being performed who possesses, all of the following: <br /> • One of several permissible valid, current contractor licenses issued by the CSLB <br /> • A current California UST Service Technician certificate issued by the ICC <br /> 1868 E.
