Austin Road, Manteca <br />95336 <br />Benjamin Escotto I Ruben Ramirez <br />THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF THE DIVISION 30 OF THE PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE (PRC)AND TITLE 14 AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS (CCR) I <br />Routine monthly inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br />1. Inspector drove south of the facility along Austin Road and found no objectionable <br />odors resulting from the composting operation. <br />2. There was separation between the manually screened greenwaste pile and the unscreened <br />greenwaste received. <br />3. The odor and fly population was light. Dust was minimal. <br />4. Temperature and turning records were reviewed. Records were properly completed. <br />5. All records were available for review. <br />6. The water truck was observed on site. <br />7. There was a significant amount of litter along the perimeter fencing of the site. Site operator was <br />instructed to have the litter cleaned up. <br />8. The temperature of the greenwaste was 113 F. The temperature range of the ground material and <br />windrows was 102 F to 107 F and 131 F to 143 F respectively. The temperature range of the overs was <br />97 F to 103 F. The temperature of the pre-screened product was 135 F. The temperature range of the <br />screened product was 114 F to 145 F. <br />
