Rr <br /> Facility Number; <br /> SOLID WASTE FACILITY PERMIT 39-AA-0020 <br /> 12. Legal Description of Facility: <br /> The,legal description of this facility is contained inpage 1-1 of the Report.of Composting Site Information and in page 1-1 of the <br /> Transfer/Processing Report both dated November 2014, <br /> 13. Findings: <br /> a. This permit is consistent with the SanJoaquin County Integrated Waste Management Plan,which was approved by CalRecycle <br /> on March 29, 1995. The facility is identified and described in the Nondisposal Facility Element pursuant to Public Resources <br /> Code(PRC),Section 50001(a). <br /> b. This permit is consistent with the standards adopted by CalRecycle,pursuant to PRC 44010. <br /> c. The design and operation of the facility is consistent with the State Minimum Standards for Solid Waste Handling and Disposal <br /> as deter-mined by the enforcement agency,pursuant to PRC 44009. <br /> d. The Lathrop-Manteca Fire Department has determined that the facility is in conformance with applicable fire standards,pursuant <br /> to PRC 4415 L <br /> e. An Environmental Impact Report was prepared and circulated locally and through the State Clearinghouse(SCH#2001052081) <br /> and certified by the San Joaquin County Planning Commission on February 06,2003. A Notice of Determination was filed on <br /> April 14,2003. The Environmental Impact Report describes and supports the design and operation,which will be authorized by <br /> the issuance of this permit. <br /> 14.. Prohibitions: <br /> The permittee is prohibited from accepting the following wastes: <br /> 0 <br /> Hazardous,radioactive,medical waste(as defined in Chapter 6.1,Division 20 of the Health and Safety Code),large dead <br /> animals,liquid,designated,or other wastes requiring special treatment or handling,except as identified in the Report of <br /> Facility Information and approved amendments thereto and as approved by the enforcement agency and other federal,state, <br /> and local agencies. <br /> 15.
