Facility Number: <br /> SOLID WASTE FACILITY PERMIT 39-AA-0020 <br /> t. Specific operational standards that this site must meet areas follows, <br /> 1. Site shall not receive more than 620 vehicles'per day(combined total for both RRF 39-AA-0020 and Landfill 39-AA-0015), <br /> 2. Litter mast be controlled on site at all times. Litter must also be prevented from migrating off-site.Litter inspections shall be <br /> conducted each day. The areas that should be inspected are the North and South Branches of the South Fork of Little Johns <br /> Creek,approach roads,entrance facilities,transfer station/resource recovery facility,any portable litter fence,facility <br /> perimeter fence,leachate impoundment and storm water facilities including ditches,berms,and detention/sedimentation <br /> basins. <br /> 3. No equipment operation or maintenance can be done outside of the permitted hours of operation. <br /> 4. The tipping floor and retaining wall must be maintained in good repair per Title 14-CCR,Section 17408.6. <br /> 5. Site shall comply with their LEA approved Odor Impact Minimization Plan(GIMP). The GIMP shall be revised to reflect <br /> changes in operation,and a copy shall be provided to the LEA within 30 days of those changes per Title 14 CCR,Section <br /> 17863.4(c). <br /> 6. Dust shall be controlled at all times. <br /> 7. The facility shall be maintained to minimize the propogation and harborage of flies,rodents or other vectors. <br /> 8. All windrows and piles of green waste;active and finished compost,shall be monitored at multiple points for internal <br /> temperature to prevent fires and achieve pathogen reduction. <br /> 9. All incoming compost materials must be immediately spread out for manual screening. The materials may then be stockpiled <br /> after the manual screening. Unacceptable materials found in the stockpile will be considered a violation of the hazardous <br /> waste screening program. <br /> 10. The co-collected greenwaste and foodwaste must not be exceed more than 15%foodwaste by volume. <br /> 11. Unloading,screening and grinding activity must be conducted more than 100 feet from the site perimeter. <br /> Page 5 of 5 <br />
