The proposed <br /> changes for the Report of Composting Site Information (RCSI) and the Transfer Processing Report (TPR) <br /> amendments were approved on August 20, 2014. The LEA is certified by the State of California <br /> Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle) to enforce state laws and regulations at <br /> solid waste sites within the County of San Joaquin, including all transfer stations and composting sites. <br />
