Robert McClellon
October 8, 2014
Page 5
V. Noise From Forward's Facility Has the Potential to Adversely Impact
Neighboring Properties.
EHD's June 18, 2014 letter to Forward requests that the RCSI demonstrate how
noise from cannons, etc. would not impact neighbors. We can find no indication that this
information has been provided. We request that the TPR and the RCSI be revised to
include provisions sufficient to protect neighboring residents from excessive noise from
Forward's operations.
VI. Other Issues
In a September 11, 2014 email to Mike and Jeannie LaForge, you indicated that
the permit may require changes since it had not yet been shared with Calreycle and
Forward. It would be helpful to understand why the permit is still in flux inasmuch as
EHD has been processing the permit application for at least the last two months. Please
inform us of any revisions to the permit, the RCSI or the TPR since September 11, 2014.
We appreciate the opportunity to comment on the proposed SWFP revision. We
would also appreciate your response to the questions and issues raised in this letter at
your earliest opportunity.
Very truly yours,
SHUTE, MIHALY & WEINBERGER LLP
// &,04,-d -
Laurel L.
