These documents have been revised based on correspondence <br /> between Shute, Mihaly & Weinberger, LLP and the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department (EHD) (letters dated October 8, 2014 and October 10, 2014, <br /> respectively), as well as final comments/edits that EHD emailed to Forward Inc. on <br /> November 12, 2014. <br /> This package contains the following items: <br /> ♦ Two (2) hard copies of the final RCSI (dated November 2014) for the Forward <br /> Compost Facility. <br /> ♦ Two (2) hard copies of the final TPR (dated November 2014)for the Forward RRF. <br /> ♦ A copy of text in "Track Changes" mode (red strikethrough and underline) for ease <br /> in identifying the recent revisions to each of the permit documents (i.e., the RCSI <br /> and TPR). <br /> ♦ Two (2) CD-ROMS containing electronic files (i.e., PDFs only) of the RCSI and TPR <br /> (both in their entirety).
