The fire extinguishers and rodent bait stations were being properly maintained. <br /> 2. The onsite litter and dust was minimal. <br /> 3. All records were available for review. <br /> 4. Tonnage records for July 2013 were reviewed. The transfer station/compost facility and <br /> landfill did not exceed 4,180 tons on any day. <br />
