The onsite dust and litter was minimal. <br />2. The rodent bait stations and fire extinguishers were properly maintained. <br />3. There is an eye wash station on site. <br />4. All records were available for review. <br />5. Tonnage records for June 2014 were reviewed. The transfer station/compost facility and landfill did not <br />exceed 4,180 tons on any day. <br />
