Austin Road, Manteca <br />�'NnI1 <br />Benjamin Escotto I Ruben Ramirez; Erin Fanning <br />THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF THE DIVISION 30 OF THE PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE (PRC)AND TITLE 14 AND TITLE 9 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS (CCR) <br />V <br />Routine monthly inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br />1. The eye wash station and rodent bait stations were properly maintained. <br />2. The fire extinguishers were properly charged. <br />3. The onsite dust and litter was minimal. <br />4. All records were available for review. <br />5. Tonnage records for August2014 were reviewed. The transfer station/compost facility and landfill did <br />exceed the 4,180 tons per day limit on 8/26/14 and 8/27/14. It was documented that the transfer <br />station/compost facility closed early on those days. The transfer station/compost facility was closed <br />during the inspection. <br />6. The permit revision and RFI amendment application package was accepted by the San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Department on 8/20/14. <br />
