Austin Road, Manteca <br />95336 <br />Forward, Inc./Allied Waste North America <br />Benjamin Escotto (Ruben Ramirez; Erin Fanning <br />THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF THE DIVISION W OF THE PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE (PRC) AND TITLE 14 AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS (CCR) I <br />Routine monthly inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br />1. Inspector drove south of the facility along Austin Road and found no objectionable odors resulting from the <br />composting operation. <br />2. There was separation between the manually screened greenwaste pile and the unscreened greenwaste <br />received. <br />3. The odor and fly population was light. Dust was minimal. The water truck was observed watering the <br />area. <br />4. Temperature and turining records were reviewed and found to be completed correctly. All other records <br />were available for review. <br />5. The temperature of the greenwaste and overs was 105 F and 96 F respectively. The temperature range <br />of the ground material and windrows was 114 F to 130 F and 133 F to 142 F respectively. The <br />temperature range of the screened product was 113 F to 118 F. There was no pre-screened product on <br />site. <br />6. The permit revision and RFI amendment application package was accepted by the San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Department on 8/20/14. <br />
