The rodent bait stations and fire extinguishers were properly maintained. <br />2. The onsite dust and litter was minimal. <br />3. All records were available for review. <br />4. Tonnage records for September2014 were reviewed. The transfer station/compost facility and landfill did <br />exceed the 4,180 tons per day limit on 9/2/14, 9/3/14, 9/4/14, 9/8/14, 9/9/14, and 9/11/14. It was <br />documented that the transfer station/compost facility closed early on those days. <br />
