Austin Road, Manteca <br />95336 <br />Forward, Inc./Allied Waste North America <br />IBenjamin Escotto 'Erin Fanning <br />THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF THE DIVISION 30 OF THE PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE (PRC) AND TITLE 14 AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS (CCR) I <br />Routine monthly inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br />1. Inspector drove south of the facility along Austin Road. Slight odors resulting from the composting <br />operation were detected. <br />2. There was separation between the manually screened greenwaste pile and the unscreened greenwaste <br />received. <br />3. The odor and fly population was light. Dust was minimal. <br />The water truck was observed watering the area. <br />5. All records were available for review. <br />6. The temperature of the greenwaste and overs was 143 F and 96 F respectively. The temperature range <br />of the ground material and windrows was 115 F to 139 F and 127 F to 143 F respectively. The <br />temperature range of the pre-screened product and the screened product was 128 F to 144 F and 127 F <br />to 142 F respectively. <br />8 <br />
