Austin Road, Manteca <br />95336 <br />Benjamin Escotto I Ruben Ramirez <br />1:2E ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF THE DIVISION W OF THE PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE (PRC) AND TITLE 14 AND TITLE T/ CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS (CCR) i <br />Routine monthly inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br />1. A review of the temperature records indicated that daily temperature readings of the greenwaste were taken. <br />For those days that no temperature reading was taken (3/1/12, 3/5/12-3/8/12, 3/13/12-3/14/12), the records <br />stated that the pile was immediately put through the grinder. <br />2. The temperature range of the greenwaste pile and ground material was 92 F to 161 F and 104 F to 139 F <br />respectively. The temperature range of the windrows was 139 F to 164 F. The temperature range of the pre- <br />screened product and the screened product was 140 F to 142 F and 140 F to 160 F respectively. <br />3. All records were available for review. <br />4. The latest test results for the metal concentration, Fecal Coliform, and Salmonella levels were available for review. <br />The compost product met the state standards. <br />
