Austin Road, Manteca 95336 <br />tie l��sa IrsentR(Namej <br />lns star <br />P. <br />Benjamin Escotto Ruben Ramirez <br />THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLUW CE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF THE DIVISION 30 OF THE PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE (PRC) AND TITLE 16 AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS (CCR) <br />Routine monthly inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br />1. Inspector drove south of the facility along Austin Road and found no objectionable odors resulting from the <br />composting operation. <br />2. There was separation between the manually screened greenwaste pile and the unscreened greenwaste <br />received. <br />3. The odor and fly population was light. <br />4. Dust was minimal. The water truck was observed on site. <br />5. All records were available for review. <br />6. The facility has a compost sample currently being tested for metals, fecal coliform, and Salmonella. <br />7. The temperature of the greenwaste and overs was 114 F and 98 F respectively. The temperature range of <br />the ground material and windrows was 112 F to 138 F and 111 F to 133 F respectively. The temperature of <br />the screened product was 124 F. There was no pre-screened product pile on site. <br />8. According to the Log of Special Occurrences, there was a "small fire at (the) greenwaste processed material' <br />on 9/21/14. The fire department and Forward staff put out the fire. There was no damage. <br />9. Operator was reminded that the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department must be notified <br />within 24 hours of all incidents requiring the implementation of emergency procedures. <br />
