Inspection was done in conjunction with CalRecycle inspectors Tadese Gebrehawariat and Christine Karl. <br />CalReycle inspectors were doing a pre -permit (revision) inspection. <br />2. There was separation between the manually screened greenwaste pile and the unscreened greenwaste <br />received. <br />3. The odor and fly population was light. <br />4. Dust was minimal. <br />5. All records were available for review. <br />6. The temperature range of windrow #13 and windrow #16 was 159 F to 162 F and 144 F to 150 F <br />respectively. The temperature range of windrow #36 and windrow #43 was 144 F to 156 F and <br />137 F to 143 F respectively. The temperature of windrow #40 was 137 F. <br />
