Austin Road, Manteca 95336 <br />Benjamin Escotto Ruben Ramirez <br />THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF THE DIVISION W OF THE PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE (PRC) AND TITLE 14 AND TIME 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS (CCR) <br />InS Ctlon@pork"Gpment� I <br />Routine monthly inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br />1. Inspector drove south of the facility along Austin Road and found no objectionable odors resulting from the <br />composting operation. <br />2. Water runoff was observed collecting in the newly constructed retention basin. <br />3. There was separation between the manually screened greenwaste pile and the unscreened greenwaste <br />received. <br />4. The odor and fly population was light and dust was minimal. <br />5. All records were available for review. <br />6. The analysis results for the metal concentration, fecal coliform density, and Salmonella density of the <br />compost product was available for review. The compost met the state standards. <br />7. The temperature of the greenwaste and ground material was 115 F and 133 F respectively. The <br />temperature range of the windrows was 91 F to 123 F respectively. The temperature of the overs was <br />69 F. The temperature of the pre-screened product and the screened product was 68 F and 93 F <br />respectively. <br />
