Previous area of concern regarding physical contaminants being in the manually screened greenwaste pile has <br /> been corrected. <br /> 2. The temperature and turning records were reviewed. The records for this month properly indicated when each <br /> windrow met the pathogen reduction requirements. <br /> 3. The analysis results for the metal concentration, fecal coliform density, and Salmonella density of the compost <br /> product was available for review. The compost product met the state standards. <br /> 4. The facility has begun accepting and integrating cannery waste(apricots and peaches)into the composting <br /> process. <br /> 5. The temperature range of the greenwaste and ground material was 103 F to 112 F and 129 F to 145 F respectively. <br /> The temperature range of the windrows was 139 F to 151 F. The temperature of the overs, pre-screened product, <br /> and screened product was 99 F, 138 F, and 129 F respectively. <br /> 6. All records were available for review. <br />
