The compost/transfer station is remaining open on these days. <br /> 1. According to the tonnage records for September 2012, there were several days where the total tonnange <br /> for the compost/transfer station and the landfill was between 4,000-5,000 tons per day. On days where <br /> 4,180 tons per day was exceeded,the compost/transfer station has remained open. <br /> 2. According to permit condition 20(a),the site shall not receive 4,180 tons per day(combined for the landfill <br /> and compost/transfer station). Once 4,180 tons is met on any day,the compost/transfer station must be <br /> closed and documented in the log of special occurences. <br /> 3. Close the compost/transfer station when the combinded tonnage exceeds 4,180. Document the closure <br /> of the compost/transfer station in the log of special occurences. <br /> Inspect�o�Report.Commens ...
