The fire extinguishers and rodent bait stations were being properly maintained. <br /> 2. The onsite litter and dust was minimal. <br /> 3. All records were available for review. <br /> 4. Tonnage records for December 2012 were reviewed. The transfer station/compost facility and <br /> landfill exceeded 4,180 tons only on one day(12/7/12). It was documented that the transfer <br /> station/compost facility was closed down at 2:55 pm on that day. <br />
