Resource Recovery Facility <br /> Annual Report <br /> SWFP#39-AA-020 <br /> Dear Robert: <br /> This report summarizes the reporting requirements for the Forward Landfill <br /> Resource Recovery Facility for the year 1998. <br /> The Log of Special Occurrences is included in Attachment 1. At Resource <br /> Recovery Facility there were three load checking occurrences. The unacceptable waste <br /> was removed from the facility in each case. The Load Checking Occurrence Sheets are <br /> also included in Attachment 1. <br /> A summary of the types and quantities of materials received and removed from <br /> the Resource Recovery Facility is included in Attachment 2. <br /> Leachate was collected and sampled on January 14, February 18, March 23, April <br /> 15, October 28, November 18, and December 11, 1998. This leachate flowed from the <br /> composting pad to the retention basin, where the sample was collected.
